The Wintergreen Interdistrict Magnet School community is seeking a passionate, innovative, and student-centered Grade 5 Mathematics Teacher to join our award-winning school. As a member of our Grade 5 team, the Mathematics Teacher will inspire students to develop strong mathematical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and confidence as learners. Teachers collaborate closely to design engaging learning experiences that promote conceptual understanding, mathematical discourse, and real-world application. Through rigorous instruction and meaningful connections across disciplines, students are challenged to think critically, persevere through complex tasks, and view mathematics as a tool for understanding the world around them.
