• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans that meet clients' specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training relevant to current trends and treatment modalities in mental health.

The ideal candidate will be equipped to work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals dealing with trauma, substance abuse, family discord, and other mental health issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Florida is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering counseling services, particularly in clinical or community settings.

• Familiarity with ethical guidelines and legal regulations that govern mental health practice.

• Exemplary communication skills with the ability to create rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

Experience or specialization in treating trauma, addiction, family dynamics, or couples counseling will be highly regarded. The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience level.
