• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand family dynamics and the specific challenges faced by clients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
• Document observations and evaluate intra-familial interactions to inform treatment plans and track progress.
• Unearth underlying issues contributing to dysfunction within family systems and work collaboratively to address these issues.
• Assist clients in processing grief and navigating other emotional responses, providing them with coping strategies and support.
• Advise families on stabilizing their home and school environments to promote healthier relationships.
• Prepare concise reports and provide expert testimony as necessary, particularly in legal contexts involving family dynamics.
• Actively engage in continuous learning to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in family therapy.

You will be working with a varied client population, including families experiencing relational discord, couples in crisis, and individuals seeking support for a broad range of emotional and psychological issues. Your approach will prioritize empathy and understanding, enabling clients to explore their feelings and rebuild connections within their family units.

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current LMFT license in the State of Texas, adhering to all local licensing requirements.
• A minimum of one year of supervised clinical experience in providing therapy, meeting state regulations.
• Strong skills in assessment and diagnosis of a wide range of mental health and relational issues.
• Proficiency in formulating and implementing tailored treatment plans that respond to the diverse needs of clients.

• Experience in a remote or teletherapy setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrating technology into therapeutic practices, including telehealth platforms.
• Background in crisis intervention techniques and conflict resolution.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
