Job description


Provide clear concise administrative support for Final Mile locations throughout their network. Complete and validate delivery stop details via data entry within the appropriate software databases accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Job Functions
  • Review delivery/field paperwork to ensure scope of work is completed
  • Validate and reconcile order data
  • Accurate data entry of delivery paperwork into appropriate databases
  • Process daily working order, respond to Logistics Coordinator as needed
  • Assist with back of truck check-in
  • Answer inbound phone calls from customers and delivery teams
  • Validate badges and uniforms are compliant
  • Interact with delivery teams to ensure accurate information is being processed
  • Strong customer service skills, must be able to handle escalated issues
  • 75% of time spent in office; 25% of time spent in warehouse checking in delivery teams
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Professional, polite phone skills
  • Act in a professional and an appropriate manner
  • Dependable, organized, ability to multitask
  • Schedule flexibility; ability to expand hours during events

Minimum Qualifications
