The IT Product Manager, SAP Security plays a key role in designing developing SAP GRC Security roles( both individual & composite) and solutions across a large-scale, complex enterprise environment. This role ensures assessment, design, and implementation of SAP GRC security and IT risk solutions.
The IT Product Manager, SAP Security will work directly with Business leaders, IT Leaders and external Service Providers leading enterprise-wide SAP, non-SAP Saas technology platforms facilitating the delivery of security & control products, strategic risk management, Enterprise GRC technology enablement and ongoing maintenance.
A keen understanding of SAP S/4, IBP, Ariba, Microsoft Azure Data Lake, Identity Access Management is required.
Ways you will make a difference
Product Management Delivery & Maintenance
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify risks, and propose solutions.
  • Working on SAP Security, Controls and SAP GRC related engagements
  • Performing SAP GRC Configuration, implementation, and maintenance tasks
  • Supporting the delivery of SAP Security and GRC project implementations across a broad range of SAP technologies (including GRC, S4HANA, Fiori/Gateway, IBP, Ariba, Microsoft Azure Data Lake)
  • Supporting SAP Control design, implementation and review engagements
  • Supporting the team in full cycle project risk management tasks relating to project delivery
  • Working effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
  • Maintenance of SAP GRC module and security roles created as a security product, ability to scale it up at global level with multiple entities operating together on the same platform

  • Access Control (AC):Manages user access rights, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and role design to prevent unauthorized access and potential fraud.
  • Process Control (PC):Automates and monitors business process controls, ensuring consistency and reducing risks.
  • Risk Management (RM):Provides a centralized risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning platform.

Security, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Embed enterprise-grade security and compliance controls into all cloud applications.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to corporate policies, regulatory standards, and industry frameworks
  • Collaborate with Security & Infrastructure team to enable best-in-class release management, Technology Upgrades and Identity Access Platforms across corporate functions and manufacturing sites across the globe
  • Lead risk assessments for new cloud solutions and vendors to ensure operational continuity through robust disaster recovery and resilience patterns.

Technology Advisory
Lead architectural efforts for large-scale transformation programs partnering with Enterprise Architect
  • Work across multiple business lines, IT domains, and project teams to guide architecture decisions and resolve technical challenges.
  • Experience in BTP Platform, enterprise integration platform, integration with ancillary systems
  • Managing budget for planned technical release and coordinate with leadership on functional releases
  • Review solution designs and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

Automation, Standardization & Optimization
  • Define and support the development of enterprise platforms, standardization across global manufacturing sites, automate processes and drive Continuous Improvement/Continuous Deployment Model across the organization
  • ProcessImprovement:Continuousenhancementofoperationsto improveproductivityandefficiency.
  • Drive practical cost optimization with proven deployment models, established budgeting models

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $112,278 - $157,189 annually.
