The primary focus of the Restoration Cleaning Technician will be responsible for cleaning and restoring contents and structures affected by fire, water, or mold damage.

What you'll do:

  • Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties after fire, smoke, or water damage.
  • Clean and restore personal contents (furniture, appliances, décor, etc.)
  • Pack, transport, and unpack contents safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with deodorization, ozone, and HEPA filtration processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, equipment, and company vehicle.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and occasionally with customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or janitorial work.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or overtime as needed.
