Job description

ServiceMASTER, the nation's leader in the disaster restoration services is seeking an Fire Cleaning Technician for our LaGrange, Georgia office.
When disaster strikes, ServiceMASTER is the link between the insurance company, their customer and total satisfaction. We minimize business interruptions by quickly analyzing the problem, providing a professional assessment of the damage, determine the services needed for complete restoration, reviewing scope of services with the adjuster, finishing the job on time, and following up to ensure total satisfaction.

DUTIES
Perform general cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, cleaning walls and glass, removing rubbish in a residential or commercial setting.
Perform structure cleaning duties in a residential or commercial location that has experienced damage from a fire, water damage or storm damage.
Packing, cleaning, deodorizing of content items that have sustained damage in a fire, water damage or storm.
Moving of content items that have sustained damage in a fire, water damage or storm into onsite storage units.
Moving of content items from the job site to a branch location for cleaning or disposal.
Inventory and track content items that have been removed from a customer's location for cleaning or disposal.
Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
Supervise temporary workers performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
Must be detail oriented.
Cleaning and Packout experience preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.

Must be capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Standing/walking for up to 7-8 hours a day.
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
