We support clients with daily reporting, materials testing coordination, schedule tracking, and quality assurance oversight. About the Role:

The Subcontract Administrator will support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) READI contract by administering contracts and subcontracts associated with emergency response, disaster recovery, infrastructure restoration, and resiliency projects. This role is responsible for managing subcontract administration activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, company policies, and USACE standards.

The Subcontract Administrator will coordinate with project managers, technical staff, procurement personnel, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to support subcontract execution, performance monitoring, invoice processing, document management, and contract compliance activities. The position plays a key role in ensuring subcontracting activities are effectively managed to support successful project delivery under time-sensitive and mission-critical conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Construction Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration, subcontract administration, procurement, or related contract management functions.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, subcontract administration practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience maintaining contract records, tracking deliverables, and supporting subcontract performance management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external subcontractors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting USACE, FEMA, DoD, GSA, NAVFAC, or other federal government contracts.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and federal subcontracting requirements.
  • Certification in Contract Management, such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certifications, or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience supporting Architectural-Engineering (A-E), construction, infrastructure, or disaster recovery contracts.
  • Familiarity with project management software and contract tracking systems.
  • Experience managing multiple task orders, subcontract agreements, and compliance requirements simultaneously.
