Oversee Facility Maintenance and Make a Difference

Weโ€™re seeking a dedicated and reliable Area Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team! This role involves overseeing maintenance operations for long-term care facilities, primarily in the [Region/Area]. Your Impact as an Area Maintenance Supervisor

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee Maintenance Operations: Supervise maintenance staff, schedules, and functions across multiple facilities.
  • Perform Maintenance Tasks: Ensure the physical plant and equipment are safe and functioning efficiently.
  • Manage Preventive Maintenance: Establish, implement, and audit preventive maintenance programs.
  • Supervise Contractors: Oversee outside contractors for necessary repairs and projects.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Conduct and document inspections of fire control systems and coordinate monthly fire drills.
