After an emergency, your duties may include working to ensure resources arrive promptly and that rescue and recovery efforts follow pre-planned procedures. You may also manage volunteers and deploy recovery teams and assets as needed.

What does a disaster manager do?

A Disaster Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading responses to natural or human-made disasters, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, or industrial accidents.
