Job description

This position reports to:
Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
The work model for the role is: Onsite, Flowery Branch, GA
Your role and responsibilities:
  • Move, deliver, and stock materials/components to support production lines using SAP and Kanban processes.
  • Pull, stack, store, and organize products and materials in designated storage and point-of-use locations.
  • Operate material handling equipment while following safety procedures for traffic, loading, battery charging, and truck maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and transport materials, supplies, and scrap according to documentation and work instructions.

Qualifications for the role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Adaptability and organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change, with a willingness to cross-train and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Technical and operational proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
