If you're looking for meaningful work that makes an impact, this is your opportunity. We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Production Worker to work alongside our clients at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA.

In this role, you will work side by side with clients and a Job Coach in a warehouse production environment while assisting with daily tasks and maintaining a positive and supportive workplace.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday
• 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing lumping and unloading tasks as products arrive
• Hand palletizing goods according to warehouse standards
• Assisting with production tasks alongside clients and team members
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Performing basic sanitation duties in work areas
• Supporting daily workflow to help keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Someone who enjoys warehouse work and wants to make a positive impact
• Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
• Background working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus but not required
• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Compensation

• Competitive pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement
