Your Indispensable Role: Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will play an essential role in the upkeep and maintenance of the building. Ensure the proper functioning of the building's mechanical systems. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. Execute the work and tasks generated by the service requisition system. Ensure that the maintenance schedule is respected. Replace the faulty bulbs. Perform minor plumbing work. Perform general building maintenance, including drywall and flooring repairs. Complete all tasks related to seasonal changes. Install and remove tarpaulins from equipment. Participate in snow removal work, if needed. Perform all other related tasks. Physical effort required: Lifting and moving heavy equipment (up to 160 lbs). Standing and walking for long periods of time. Climbing stairs, bending, stretching and kneeling to perform various tasks. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance. High school diploma (an asset).
