JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintains an efficient system that provides accurate, timely market data and analysis of commercial real estate trends impacting the market for various asset types, spanning across.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Maintain and update existing real estate databases. Compile information from secondary sources (brochures, press, broker input).
  • Monitor assigned databases for data integrity and erroneous entries. Strive for data completeness and accuracy through regular audits. Upgrade and maintain database to meet broker team projects.
  • Complete data and market research requests for brokers and team members.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate commercial real estate records in shared and broker team database, HubSpot account, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in tracking property listings, transactions, vacancies, and market activity. Gather property specific data and materials for listings and flyers.
  • Generate statistical reports and conduct trend analysis to support business development efforts and broker related outreach efforts.
  • Assist with broker specific and team market reports and provide insight into local market trends and conditions.
  • Research prospective tenants, investors, and owners to support business development and lead generation efforts.
  • Support general marketing initiatives, including research, content gathering and reporting.
  • Assist in creating data and research specific content for social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare data for weekly meetings.
  • Prepare maps, demographic packages, location analyses for client presentations.
  • Contribute to analysis and compilation of data for local thought leadership pieces and clients.
  • Perform additional research, administrative, and special project duties as assigned.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Geography, Urban Planning, GIS, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in commercial real estate and market research preferred.
  • Aptitude in AI programs.
  • Familiarization with HubSpot is a bonus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
