Disability friendly jobs are positions that are accessible and accommodating for people with disabilities. These jobs often feature flexible work environments, reasonable accommodations, and accessible facilities to ensure that individuals with various physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental health challenges can perform their duties effectively. Employers offering disability friendly jobs are committed to inclusivity and may provide assistive technologies or modified schedules as needed. Such roles can be found in many industries, ranging from technology and administration to customer service and remote work.

What accommodations can applicants expect when applying for a disability-friendly position?

When applying for a disability-friendly role, candidates can typically expect the employer to provide reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process and in the workplace. These may include accessible interview locations, assistive technologies, flexible work schedules, or alternative assessment methods.
