The Account Executive - Regional Center & Disability Services is a field-based Account Executive role focused on expanding Care Partners' presence and referral volume across California Regional Centers through community outreach and relationship-building. Drives revenue growth by developing partnerships with service coordinators, vendors, and community stakeholders while supporting Regional Center services and FMS programs.

Account Executive - Disability Services Requirements: 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 1-2+ years in business development, community outreach, or relationship management within health services (Regional Center/disability services preferred)
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of California Regional Center system, DDS services, and Lanterman Act
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop trust with service coordinators, case managers, and community partners
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders (families, consumers, partners)
  • Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a large territory independently
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel regularly; valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required

Preferred:

  • Experience with FMS, self-determination, or supported decision-making
  • Existing Regional Center relationships
  • Knowledge of in-home services (IHSS, respite, personal care)
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other language)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular computer and phone use
  • Frequent travel to field sites and partner locations
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (materials/equipment)
  • Reasonable accommodations available as needed

Essential Functions:

  • Referral Development & Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with Regional Center staff, case managers, and community partners; conduct in-person outreach, attend events, and execute territory-specific plans
  • Revenue & Growth Ownership: Manage referral-to-enrollment pipeline, meet volume targets, and grow services (respite, personal assistance, FMS partnerships) while identifying new vendorship opportunities
  • Multi-Territory Management: Oversee business development across multiple regions, maintain CRM pipeline data, and collaborate with intake/operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with Regional Center leadership, families, and community organizations to drive awareness and referrals
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track policy and market changes, report on referral trends and performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities or service gaps
