Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate, dependable IHS staff to work directly with adults with disabilities in their homes and communities. This role focuses on providing individualized support that encourages independence, personal growth, and community involvement.
Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living skills such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and organization
  • Support clients in developing and practicing independent living skills
  • Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed
  • Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements
