Job description

Data Entry Clerk

Location: Onsite
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Duration: 2–3 Month Contract
Start Date: August 24

We are currently seeking 6–7 Data Entry Operators to support a high-volume data entry project. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

This is a full-time, onsite contract position expected to last 2 to 3 months.

Schedule
  • Monday through Friday

  • 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • 35 hours per week

  • 100% onsite

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update data into company systems.

  • Review information for completeness and accuracy before entry.

  • Maintain a high level of productivity while meeting quality standards.

  • Verify and correct data discrepancies as needed.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Complete additional administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.

  • Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Hiring Process
  • Customer interviews will be scheduled prior to the start date.

  • Candidates may be required to complete a data entry assessment as part of the selection process.

  • A two-day onsite orientation will be provided before beginning the assignment.
