BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM -Data Entry Operator to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and
possibly 3 days remote.
As an SAP BRIM-Data Entry Operator, you will support SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and SAP S/4HANA systems by accurately entering, validating, and maintaining high-volume transactional and subscription data. This role ensures data integrity across billing, invoicing, and revenue processes while adhering to compliance and security standards. The operator collaborates with business analysts, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate data updates for operational and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry & Validation
  • Enter and update subscription, billing, and invoicing data in SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI).
  • Validate data accuracy against source documents and business rules.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with SAP standards and Commonwealth policies.
  • Transaction Processing
  • Process high-volume transactions for subscription renewals, usage-based billing, and adjustments.
  • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with business teams.
  • Compliance & Security
  • Handle sensitive data in compliance with PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to role-based access controls.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Generate and review reports for data accuracy and completeness.
  • Document data entry procedures and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with business analysts and SMEs to ensure data aligns with functional requirements.
  • Assist in testing activities by preparing and validating test data for SIT and UAT phases.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of data entry experience in enterprise systems; SAP experience preferred
  • Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes in SAP BRIM or similar ERP systems.
Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data environments.
  • Basic understanding of SAP navigation and transaction codes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI).
  • Experience in utilities or transportation industry data processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards for handling sensitive data.
