The Position: Data Entry Assistant

Type: Full-time, 3-month contract

Reports To: Controller and Director of Administrative Services

Wright Canada Holdings (WCH) is a prominent leader in several environmental services industries, representing our family of companies across Canada and is comprised of Spectrum Resource Group, Wright Tree Service of Canada, ArborCare and CNUC of Canada.

Why Wright Canada Holdings:

  • Pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
  • Fully remote work, with one day of in- office training required.
  • Flexible work schedule, allowing for evening and weekend work as needed.
  • Approximately 30-40 hours per week, for 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering and updating fleet vehicle information into internal tracking systems.
  • Clearing backlog of maintenance records, inspections, and service documentation
  • Reviewing paper and digital files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Uploading and organizing vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance documents.
  • Reconciling discrepancies between spreadsheets and fleet management software
  • Digitizing and scanning historical vehicle records.
  • Assisting with organizing electronic filing systems for improved accessibility.
  • Flagging missing or incomplete information for follow-up.
  • Supporting the fleet team with administrative clean-up tasks as assigned
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Other duties as required.
