Case Manager Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Manager Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of case managers and ensuring that all cases are managed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of case managers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all cases are managed effectively and efficiently
  • Develop and implement case management policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of case managers
