  • Rencontrer les proprietaires et les architectes de maniere professionnelle et communiquer efficacement les preoccupations et les interets de l'entreprise.
  • Controler, interpreter et prevoir les rapports de couts d'un projet en veillant a ce qu'ils soient conformes a l'estimation et a maintenir un flux de tresorerie positif.
  • Diriger des reunions de projet avec des parties internes et externes afin de suivre et de soutenir le developpement et la progression de l'equipe.
  • Soumettre des rapports de projet au responsable de secteur et communiquer avec la direction au sujet de l'avancement du projet et des zones de risque qui doivent etre transmises a l'echelon superieur.

Ce poste vous convient-il?

  • Vous etes titulaire d'un diplome en rapport avec la construction et avez cinq ans d'experience dans le domaine de la construction ou une combinaison equivalente de formation technique et d'experience dans un role de gestionnaire de projet dans le domaine de la construction institutionnelle ou commerciale.
  • Vous avez une connaissance pratique des champs d'application et des activites de construction, de l'ordonnancement, de la gestion de projet et des logiciels de contrat.
  • Vous pouvez encadrer et deleguer avec confiance a une grande equipe tout en developpant et en maintenant de solides relations avec les clients.
  • Une habilitation CISD de niveau II (secret) ou l'aptitude a l'obtenir est consideree comme un atout.
