Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Nights

NHC HealthCare Scott is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Night Shift to join our team.

CNAs are essential members of the care team and have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while supporting patients and residents with daily care, comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
  • Help with meals, hydration, and other daily needs.
  • Obtain and record vital signs and other information as directed by licensed nursing staff.
  • Observe patients and residents and promptly report changes in condition or behavior to the nurse.
  • Respond to call lights and requests for assistance in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable patient and resident environments.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and NHC procedures.
  • Work closely with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee as required.
  • Ability to provide compassionate and respectful hands-on care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependable, professional, and committed to quality care.
  • Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or health care experience is preferred but not required.

Sign-On Bonus:

Eligible hires may qualify for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Eligibility, payment schedule, and other terms are subject to NHC guidelines and center-specific requirements.
