Job description

We Are Seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to Join Our Team! 


Part-Time
USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

  • Assist the Maintenance Director with the overall safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements at all times

  • Take part in part in painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance



  • Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D required

  • Knowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems required, HVAC certification a plus

  • Knowledge of safety regulations required

  • Reliable source of transportation and valid driver’s license required

  • Maintenance experience preferred; especially in a healthcare facility
