Job description

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
We are seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to perform general cleaning of one of our multi-unit apartment buildings in Las Vegas, NV.
The candidate in this position will maintain a clean and safe environment for building residents, their guests, employees,
and other visitors to the site. Appropriately clean and maintain the common areas of the building
interior, as well as the building's exterior grounds including the parking, sidewalk and entry areas.
Perform all cleaning duties related to unit turnovers within the required time frame of 3-5 days after unit becomes vacant.
The ideal candidate must have at least one year of related work experience, the ability to effectively communicate verbally
and in writing; effectively and appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities. Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Wage: $15.75 per hour. Excellent part time benefit package - On Demand Pay, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Employee Assistant Program, Wellness Rebate, Education Reimbursement and Retirement Savings Plan (403b)
