Job description

Summary:


In this role, you will support the operational success and continued growth of Vizient Reserve Hub across pharmacy, med-surg, and future product categories. You will monitor inventory availability, supplier performance, member access, and operational metrics while providing analytical support to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and program performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support category launches, maintain scalable processes, and deliver insights that help ensure a reliable and effective Reserve Hub experience for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch, maintenance, and ongoing operations of Reserve Hub product categories, including pharmacy, med-surg, and future offerings.

  • Monitor inventory availability, product utilization, supplier participation, pricing alignment, and member access across assigned categories.

  • Analyze inventory trends, supplier performance, fulfillment activity, and operational metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support operational visibility and leadership decision-making.

  • Track supplier performance metrics, including inventory availability, responsiveness, fulfillment accuracy, reporting timeliness, and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support inventory operations, category launches, reporting enhancements, and operational priorities.

  • Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, workflow maps, and reporting definitions to support scalable operations.

  • Support testing, validation, and implementation of system enhancements, reporting improvements, and new Reserve Hub functionality.

  • Investigate operational issues, validate data accuracy, and escalate inventory, supplier, or member access concerns as appropriate.

  • Provide analytical insights and operational support for leadership updates, supplier reviews, business planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using reporting and data analysis tools.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate data accuracy and maintain operational documentation.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to cross-functional teams.

  • Experience collaborating with technology, sourcing, operations, analytics, and client-facing teams preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence or reporting tools preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
