Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will undertake a diverse range of fulfilling responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans aligned with established best practices and solution-focused techniques.
• Delivering a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients.
• Maintaining comprehensive and meticulous clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines to protect client confidentiality.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to coordinate care and maximize treatment outcomes.
• Participating in peer review meetings and case consultations, which are essential for professional development and improving the standard of care provided.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
