Clinic Director - Pediatric Therapy Services (PT, OT, SLP)

Full-Time | Land O' Lakes, FL

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our pediatric therapy clinic in Land O' Lakes, FL. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional or operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting and is passionate about building strong teams, supporting clinic growth, and delivering exceptional patient care.

This opportunity is open to licensed clinicians including PTs, OTs, and SLPs with a strong background in outpatient operations and team management.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and independent leader who can serve as a key operational anchor for this growing multidisciplinary pediatric clinic.

 Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, workflow, and facility management
  • Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care and strong team performance
  • Monitor clinic productivity, financial performance, operational metrics, and patient outcomes
  • Support front office and back-office operations including administrative coordination and billing processes
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, operational, regulatory, and company standards
  • Support business development initiatives, physician relationships, and community outreach efforts
  • Partner closely with regional leadership to support clinic growth and operational success
  • Maintain a consistent in-person leadership presence to support staff, patients, and clinic operations
  • Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline, if applicable

Requirements

  • Active or eligible PT, OT, or SLP license
  • Previous clinic director, outpatient operations, or healthcare management experience
  • Experience managing financial metrics, staffing, and clinic growth initiatives
  • Experience overseeing outpatient pediatric clinics providing both medical health (OT/PT/ST) and behavioral health (ABA) services
  • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical or healthcare leadership experience preferred
