Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mission Analyst to join our team!
The Air Force Mission Assurance Construct Support Team requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services. This person will focus on identifying, validating, governing, and maintaining an authoritative, data-driven understanding of mission-essential capabilities, critical systems, Task Critical Assets (TCAs), Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI), and their dependencies across the Air Force enterprise ensuring mission success today and into the future.
This challenging and exciting work may provide you with the opportunity to travel CONUS and OCONUS to the most important Air Force missions and systems to ensure the survivability of any threat or attack.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Mission Decomposition, Mission Mapping, and Dependency Analysis
  • Critical Capability and Asset Identification, Validation, and Criticality Analysis
  • Stakeholder Coordination and Enterprise Integration - engage with Action Officers and mission owners at the installation, MAJCOM, Combatant Command, and enterprise levels
  • Process Analysis and Improvement Recommendations
  • Mission Assurance Data Ownership, Governance, and Enterprise Integration
  • Mission Analyst skill sets shall collectively include expertise in:
    • Systems engineering and systems-of-systems analysis
    • Military operational planning and mission analysis
    • Mission Assurance and critical infrastructure analysis
    • Advanced data analytics, modeling, and data architecture
    • Proficiency with Government-directed enterprise data platforms and analytical tools
    • Artificial intelligence or advanced analytical methods applied to mission analysis
  • Support ongoing identification, validation, periodic revalidation, and continuous analytical improvement activities.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: intelligence, strategic planning, system operations, or risk management
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% per year.
  • Must have a valid US passport.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Proficiency in enterprise data platforms including Palantir Foundry
  • Ability to use artificial intelligence and advanced analytic processes to increase personal work productivity
  • MAJCOM and CCMD staff experience

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
