Dein Aufgabenspektrum:- Ganzheitliche Führung der Business Unit Hydraulik sowie Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Geschäftsstrategie inkl. Zielsetzung, Planung und Budgetierung
- Sicherstellung der operativen Exzellenz entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Konsequente Weiterentwicklung von Organisation und Prozessen im Hinblick auf nachhaltiges Unternehmenswachstum
- Überwachung operativer Abläufe, Qualitätssicherung und Einhaltung definierter Standards
