Job description

Position Title: Project Manager
Department: Project Management
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Director of Operations
Positions Supervised: None
Position Overview:
The Project Manager is crucial for the efficient and effective execution of projects, ensuring compliance with set procedures. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing tasks, deadlines, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction. The PM collaborates closely with various teams and oversees all post-order activities, including installation and project close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall project scope and approach, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Develop labor quotes and project schedules, and present them to clients.
  • Liaise with Client Services for order entry notes and delivery scheduling.
  • Monitor product ship dates to align with project timelines.
  • Review project sites and specifications in advance of installations.
  • Maintain organized, detailed project documentation.
  • Coordinate installation with subcontractors, overseeing performance and timeliness.
  • Manage project close-out, including punch list resolution and client sign-offs.
  • Prepare and communicate timely project updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in project meetings and planning efforts.
  • Travel as required for project management duties.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Minimum four years of project management experience
