Job description

The Performance Support Analyst:
Monitors the Salesforce.com data that is entered by National and Local Coaches and create and run reports in the system.
Monitors and assist with enrollment in Learning Management System (Rise.com) used by the program.
Monitors and launch email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Schedules and manages job candidate email and text communication.
Provides webinar/Zoom training to help partners use Salesforce.com to track the results of their program activities that help people gain skills and obtain employment. Review reports for data quality and working with local partners to ensure data is accurate and useful so they can improve their programs based on results.
Learning Management System (Rise)Management, upload new coaching participant lists, ensures files are up to date, organization, weekly webinar recordings are uploaded and published, etc.
Manage Coaching Program Application submissions and final Coaching Participant Lists to share with coaches and move participants through the coaching program experience.
Assists with reviewing and maintaining 7 Smart Strategy Workshop Review and Mass Activation.
Maintaining Partner Accounts, and Contact List a Rise Management, ensures files are up to date, organization, etc.
Updates How-To's, Standard Operational Procedures and/or FIS User Guides, as needed.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES • Meets assigned expectations for providing metric reports to partners on-time, providing technical assistance within 48 hours, and proactively identifying risks and presenting potential solutions to resolve them. A
Required Skills, Experience, and Abilities
Detail-oriented.
Good time management skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel. Experience using pivot tables preferred.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system required.
Experience with Rise, Basecamp, and other project management / CRM platforms
Experience providing remote training via Webinar technologies (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.) Ability to bring direct service experience to inform how we support the community partners.
