About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator works closely with leadership and operational teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, create winning proposal responses, and produce branded communications that showcase Goodmans' expertise. This role plays a key part in strengthening our market presence and supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities.

What You'll DoProposal Development amp; Business Development Support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposal strategies aligned with client requirements, corporate objectives, and winning strategies
  • Manage proposal schedules and workflows using Basecamp, including kickoff meetings, timelines, assignments, reviews, and final production
  • Create compelling, compliant, and visually engaging proposal responses
  • Identify and communicate key differentiators and competitive advantages
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure polished, error-free deliverables submitted on time
Marketing amp; Brand Support
  • Design and maintain marketing collateral, including project profiles, team sheets, bios, presentations, and branded materials
  • Create presentation decks, leave-behind materials, and follow-up communications
  • Design print and digital marketing materials ranging from large-format graphics to business system documents
  • Update and maintain company website content
  • Support customer and showroom events through invitations, signage, graphics, and event materials
Content amp; Asset Management
  • Maintain marketing files, photography, project imagery, and brand assets
  • Coordinate project photography and videography with external partners
  • Photograph and edit employee headshots while maintaining an organized image library
  • Ensure all internal and external communications reflect the highest standards of quality and professionalism
What We're Looking ForQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of marketing coordinator experience within commercial interiors, architecture, engineering, construction, or related AEC industries
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Experience developing customized proposal and marketing content
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Technical Skills

Experience with the following tools is preferred:

  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Basecamp or other project management software
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Office 365 and SharePoint
