Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Facilitate group therapy or psychoeducational workshops as required, creating engaging content that resonates with participants.
• Establish a safe, welcoming virtual environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic and achievable personal goals, tailoring treatment plans that reflect their unique backgrounds and challenges.
• Utilize digital platforms efficiently to document sessions, track client progress, and adjust therapeutic techniques accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy and developing treatment plans, with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in virtual formats.
• Experience with teletherapy tools and platforms is essential; familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or family systems therapy will be given preference. A commitment to continual professional development and team collaboration is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
