Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and client-centered Child & Adolescent Clinician to join our inclusive team. This is a full-time, fee-for-service position with opportunities for bonuses reporting to the Clinical Director. In this role, you will provide affirming, developmentally appropriate, and evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and their families. Scheduling
Flexible scheduling options available that align with both the clinician and client/family needs. A willingness to maintain afternoon and evening availability required for seeing children, adolescents, and families who attend school during day hours.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client-centered and culturally responsive individual therapy to children and adolescents
  • Engage families and caregivers in treatment planning and psychoeducation
  • Conduct developmentally informed biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions tailored to children and adolescents
  • Respond to crises with empathy, prioritizing safety and stabilization
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation
  • Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and other providers to ensure coordinated care
  • Participate in individual supervision, case consultation, and team collaboration
  • Stay current with child/adolescent best practices, continuing education, and regulatory requirements
  • Support families with resources and guidance to help clients meet treatment goals
  • Provide timely, developmentally appropriate communication to both clients and families

Qualifications
Required:
  • Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Independent licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
  • Experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions
  • Knowledge of child development and family systems Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation

Preferred:
  • Training or certification in child/adolescent-focused modalities (e.g., play therapy, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, parent coaching)
  • Experience collaborating with schools and pediatric providers
  • Experience treating OCD
  • Experience supporting children/adolescents/families with parental separation/divorce/reconciliation
