OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Leads and oversees a team of facilities managers and report writers, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across Autism Services. Involves shaping and aligning business functions with service line goals, analyzing organizational policies and structures, and implementing innovative solutions to improve processes and planning. Manages the development of new centers and ensures optimal facilities management, fostering operational efficiency and sustainability. Oversees the collection, analysis, and presentation of business data, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning. Ensures the delivery of high-quality reports, visualizations, and presentations to support business transformation. Instrumental in developing comprehensive project estimates by identifying key phases, requirements, and cost implications, playing a pivotal role in advancing service line objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

  • Aligns organizational policies and processes with the goals of Autism Services.
  • Identifies and implements innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve planning.
  • Oversees the development and establishment of new centers, ensuring they meet service line needs.
  • Leads the development and operations of new offices and Therapy Centers including assisting with space planning, equipment, purchases and vendor communications. Ensures facilities are managed efficiently and sustainably to support operational goals.
  • Manages resources effectively to foster sustainability and cost-effectiveness in operations. Negotiates contracts with vendors and maintains vendor relationships for new and ongoing offices and Center operations according to budget.
  • Oversees ongoing Center maintenance needs.
  • Oversees the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of business data.
  • Translates data into actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensures the delivery of high-quality reports, visualizations, and presentations. Compiles and reports on many data points including, but not limited to: scorecard, financial, retention, productivity, and timelines for many audiences both internal and external to the agency.
  • Oversees the distribution, receipt, analysis and reporting of the quarterly Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Creates, edits, prepares, and disseminates monthly Autism Services Newsletter with team. Tracks, surveys and reports on readership.
  • Regularly evaluates and refines processes and structures for improved efficiency.
  • Leads initiatives to implement changes that support business transformation goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Technology or similar field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of experience related to business operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, expertise in data collection methods, and a deep understanding of business operations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Able to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations.
