What You'll Do

Primary responsibility for IT issues, device set up, and trouble shooting of the school based telemedicine program. Assists as directed in the maintenance of wired and wireless network communications. Assists with phone configuration and trouble shooting. Uses knowledge of Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN systems to assist in maintaining internal and external networks. Has knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under general supervision. Knowledge of Cisco based network equipment.

Requirements
  • Candidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify.
  • Candidates must be able to attend new hire orientation in‑person on the designated orientation date.
  • 2 years Freeman Health internal IT experience OR 2 years external server administration role or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Current driver's license.
