About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Director to lead end-to-end technical delivery for a strategic US Tier 1 Telecom Operator. This is a senior leadership position responsible for delivery execution, customer satisfaction, governance, resource management, financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic account growth.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing complex telecom programs, leading global technical teams, engaging with executive stakeholders, and driving successful delivery across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery for strategic telecom programs, including scope, planning, execution, governance, risks, escalations, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead and oversee complex technical programs, ensuring delivery within committed timelines, scope, quality, and budgets.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and senior escalation point for customer technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Establish strong delivery governance, operating rhythms, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Lead delivery recovery initiatives, including governance resets, quality improvements, risk mitigation, and executive escalations.
  • Manage Project Directors, Project Managers, Technical Delivery teams, and global engineering resources.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support new opportunities, solution development, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Managed Services to ensure successful customer outcomes.
