Base pay range $225,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr Our client is a prominent international consulting firm, overseeing prolific projects across commercial, hospitality and cultural sectors. The firm is based in NYC, but delivers project, cost, and construction management services for high‐profile clients across major U.S. markets. They are seeking a Director of People and Development to guide the organization's technical training, quality assurance, and best‐practice standards across project and cost management teams. The role includes developing and implementing company‐wide training programs and technical operations manuals and ensuring high‐quality service delivery across North America.

Responsibilities
