A talent director works with the director of a performance or stage production to gather the performing talent necessary for a successful performance. You can find these positions in a number of fields, but they are most common in the performing arts and entertainment industries. In this career, your job duties include gathering a pool of talented actors, evaluating the talent of that pool, and selecting the best candidates for the roles.
