About the Role

TriNet is seeking an experienced Director, Revenue Recruiting to lead talent acquisition for all revenue-generating functions. Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, this leader will own the strategy, execution, and results for sales recruiting while leading a team of recruiters focused on attracting top-performing sales talent.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned sales recruiting professional who has successfully transformed recruiting functions, built strong partnerships with sales leaders, and delivered hiring results in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and is equally comfortable coaching recruiters, influencing executives, and personally leading critical searches when needed.

What You'll Do
Lead all recruiting efforts for Sales and other revenue-generating organizations.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business growth objectives.
Partner closely with executive and sales leaders to forecast hiring needs and build high-quality talent pipelines.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers.
Establish clear recruiting metrics, accountability, and performance expectations.
Improve hiring outcomes, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience.
Leverage recruiting analytics, market intelligence, technology, and AI to drive better hiring decisions.
Personally lead executive, strategic, and difficult-to-fill searches as needed.
Build a reputation for recruiting excellence and trusted business partnership.


Qualifications
10+ years of talent acquisition experience with significant sales recruiting expertise.
5+ years leading recruiting teams in high-growth, performance-driven organizations.
Proven success building, scaling, or turning around recruiting functions.
Deep experience hiring quota-carrying sales talent and sales leaders.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
Experience using data, analytics, and market insights to drive hiring decisions.
Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner.

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $125,000.00 to $250,000.00.  All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company's discretion. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.  

A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
