Job description

Reporting to Senior Manager, GTD Operations and Technology, the candidate will be responsible for supporting and administering GTD enterprise-wide learning platforms. This includes applications such as the learning management system (LMS) and BeOne University. He/she will help organize and maintain information in the Learning Management System (LMS) per the requests of stakeholders across the company, support the training needs across the organization, and provide applicable solutions. He/she will also be responsible for triaging application-specific issues as a technical owner. The ideal candidate should bring experience working with LMS and learning technologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects across different functions for a global, geographically diverse environment. The candidate should also be experienced at supporting GTD projects from a business, technology, and process perspective. The individual must have application administration experience. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of enterprise GTD system investments.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Operational Management
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and lead for LMS systems, implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Oversee system setup, user access, security, and system workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Build reports, queries and data extracts as requested by key business users
  • Gather and assess requirements from all key stakeholders as it pertains to enterprise training needs and configure LMS to meet the requirements.
  • Build and maintain items in the LMS such as training items, curricula, user groups, quizzes, and assignments for GTD.
  • Understand business processes to troubleshoot problems and anomalies to provide compliant and practical solutions to meet user needs in enterprise-wide systems.
  • Build documentation and training material on configuration and management of LMS, SharePoint and other IT platforms as needed
  • Take ownership of issues and collaborate with GTD and LMS vendor to drive issues to full resolution for stakeholders and customers
  • Lead development and documentation processes to improve efficiency for systems administration
  • Plan and manage LMS-related projects and enhancements from inception to delivery, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Execute project tasks to ensure tasks and/or workstreams within the larger project is completed in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership on project status, risks, and progress.
  • Provide input on the impact to Training Operation with the release of updates and new features
  • Understand the function of related enterprise applications such as an HRIS and EDMS and the impact to the LMS
  • Design and deliver training and support materials for LMS users, administrators, and internal teams, driving adoption and adherence to best practices.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and advocate for new features and functionality to enhance the user experience.
  • Execute project tasks to ensure tasks and/or work streams within a project is completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure the LMS meets regulatory and organizational compliance requirements, including data protection and accessibility standards.
  • Stay current on LMS industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, sharing insights with the broader organization.
  • Provide business support during upgrades
  • Ensure high level of customer service

Training Operations / Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Managing class schedules
  • Sending pre-work communications
  • Distributing surveys and post-work
  • Coordinating training logistics
  • Supporting global learning programs
  • Maintaining organization of annual training activities

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years direct experience working with enterprise LMS applications and/or systems management in a TD or L&D environment • Experience with HRIS (prefer Workday), Sumtotal, and ComplianceWire LMS Experience • Proven experience in troubleshooting, working with vendors on escalated issues
  • Ability to work in a global organization with end users from multiple sites across multiple time zones • Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail • Strong process improvement skills and orientation • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgement and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or related field/experiences

Travel:
  • 5% or as needed

Salary Range: $110,400.00 - $150,400.00 annually
BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
