• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs through telehealth sessions, ensuring personalized treatment plans that address their specific concerns.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices that resonate with individual client goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy discussions, encouraging participation and fostering a supportive atmosphere that promotes healing.
• Engage in active collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care experiences for clients.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing understanding of mental health conditions to foster a supportive home environment.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.

You will work with a diverse client population consisting of individuals from various backgrounds, races, and cultures, each with unique mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your role is vital in bridging cultural gaps and providing culturally competent care to a community that values inclusivity and respect.

• A current and valid professional license as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• A strong foundation in mental health counseling practices, demonstrated through specialized training or significant professional experience.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health disorders and the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills that allow for rapport-building and client motivation throughout the treatment process.
• Strong communication abilities that foster effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Previous experience working with diverse client populations, particularly those from marginalized communities.
• Demonstrated expertise in group therapy facilitation and individual counseling sessions within an outpatient setting.
• Experience utilizing telehealth technology effectively and exploring innovative therapeutic techniques in a virtual environment.

• Compensation package includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
