Who We Want
  • We're looking for an engaged and curious problem solver who is a structural engineer with at least 3 to 4 years experience and is planning to become licensed, and can engage and communicate with our staff and clients to gain their trust.
  • We want someone who can be comfortable collaborating with other team members to find solutions.ย 
Skills We'd Like You to Have
  • Proficient in performing structural engineering design and calculations.ย 
  • Familiarity with design codes such as IBC, ASCE-7, AISC 360, ACI 318, etc.ย 
  • Comfortable reading and reviewing structural drawing packages and specifications.ย 
  • Ability to work with multiple materials such as structural steel, concrete, and wood.ย 
  • Reading and coordinating vendor drawings (i.e. PEMB or equipment drawings).ย 
  • Foundation and anchorage design.ย 
  • Self-directed and mentally engaged with ambition for learning.ย 
  • Able to competently communicate in person and in writing. Must be willing to ask questions.ย 
  • Able to work closely with, creatively contribute to, and take direction from, a team of professionals.ย 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting amongst engineers, architects, contractors, and other construction personnel.ย 
Qualifications We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination.ย 
  • Experience in structural design software such as RISA3D, RISAFND, Enercalc, TEDS, etc.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience in Structural Engineering preferred, with preference given to candidates who have experience working on industrial projects.ย
