Position Description:
Our client is seeking highly adaptable Strategic Program Managers to join a rapidly growing Program Office supporting enterprise wide transformation initiatives. This team was established to drive some of the organization's highest priority strategic programs that span multiple business units, including Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Data organizations.
Unlike a traditional PMO role, this position requires individuals who can seamlessly shift between program management, requirements gathering, UAT leadership, executive communications, operational planning, and cross functional coordination based on evolving business priorities.
Successful candidates will be comfortable operating in highly visible environments, influencing without authority, working with executive stakeholders, and taking ownership of ambiguous, fast moving initiatives.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Responsibilities will vary depending on program needs and may include:
. Lead strategic cross functional programs involving multiple organizations and executive stakeholders.
. Drive program execution from planning through delivery while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
. Facilitate cross functional meetings, decision making, issue resolution, and program governance.
. Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements in partnership with business and technical teams.
. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, execution, issue management, and business signoff.
. Build strong relationships across technical and non technical organizations to drive alignment and execution.
. Develop executive level status reports, presentations, dashboards, and leadership communications.
. Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations teams.
. Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
. Support value realization activities by helping define KPIs, measure outcomes, and communicate business value.
. Help establish scalable program management processes and operational best practices.
. Adapt responsibilities based on changing business priorities and organizational needs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 7+ years of Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
. Demonstrated experience managing programs involving multiple business units and cross functional stakeholders.
. Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
. Experience planning and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
. Strong facilitation and meeting leadership skills.
. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive level communications.
. Proven ability to build relationships across business and technical organizations.
. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
. Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
. Comfortable working in fast paced environments with evolving priorities.
. Self starter capable of operating independently with minimal direction.
Preferred Qualifications
. Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
. Marketing transformation experience is a plus.
. Finance transformation experience is a plus.
. Experience supporting enterprise data, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
. Experience working within PMOs or Transformation Offices.
. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. One day may involve facilitating executive steering committee meetings, another may require documenting business requirements, coordinating UAT activities, or building executive communications for senior leadership.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 $154,800.00.
