The Strategic Account Leader owns the end-to-end commercial and financial performance of assigned enterprise accounts. This role is accountable for revenue growth, margin performance, business development, client satisfaction, and long-term account strategy.
Operating as a single point of accountability, the Strategic Account Leader leads account strategy, drives deal origination and closure, and ensures alignment between commercial commitments and operational delivery.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Account Ownership
  • Own overall account performance, including revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategy and roadmap
  • Operate as the single-threaded leader accountable for account outcomes

2. Business Development & Growth
  • Own pipeline creation, deal strategy, and closure within assigned accounts
  • Drive expansion revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and new service offerings
  • Lead pursuit strategy for large and complex deals, including pricing and positioning
  • Direct and align BD/sales resources supporting the account

3. Client Leadership
  • Serve as the primary executive relationship owner
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Lead contract renewals, renegotiations, and strategic discussions
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth

4. Financial Performance
  • Accountable for revenue growth and gross margin performance
  • Drive pricing strategy, cost optimization, and profitability improvements
  • Partner with finance on forecasting, planning, and variance management

5. Risk & Delivery Alignment
  • Ensure commercial commitments align with operational delivery and margin expectations
  • Identify and proactively mitigate financial, operational, and relationship risks
  • Maintain strong forecast accuracy and business visibility

6. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Align and influence operations, finance, and sales teams to deliver account outcomes
  • Drive accountability across functions without direct authority
  • Ensure seamless transition from deal closure to execution

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or P&L leadership
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing large, complex deals
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing revenue and margin performance
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional leadership
  • Industry experience in facilities management, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or related sectors preferred
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
