The Job:

As a Senior Director, Value Creation Strategy, you'll be part of our Value Creation team working as a remote employee. You'll get to:

Value Creation Strategy & Framework - Support

  • Support the development of financial and operational goals to deliver business targets, including margin improvement, cash generation, and operating margin across the strategic horizon.
  • Support development and implementation of a new value creation framework to support T&O business to help unlock margin improvements to re-invest in growth, capability and market share expansion.
  • Support the design and development of three phase approach to drive business led, value creation model that provides strategic partnership to business teams, orchestrating efforts and optimizing for the collective good.
  • Support the build of a breakage plan to address operational gaps, investment needs and assumption changes.
  • Work with VP to align value creation initiatives with broader corporate goals and strategic priorities, ensuring every dollar of value created is reinvested to drive sustainable growth, capability building and market leadership.
  • Work with VP to build and strengthen SBD business development capability by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support the development of a common value creation framework and methodology.
  • Ensure cross sharing of best practices and industry benchmarks to relentlessly drive for continuous step change in margin, profit and cash competitiveness.

Identification and Assessment of Improvement Opportunities

  • Assess and prioritize new improvement opportunities across the full P&L.
  • Define data requirements, resources and timing to build business cases and assess feasibility.
  • Define project scope and objectives.
  • Build compelling cross functional business case for change.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and assess feasibility accordingly.
  • Accelerate ideation, approval and execution of known business cross functional initiatives for example DTV, CTS.
  • Enable teams to succeed, uncover unseen opportunities and proactively solve problems to strengthen the operating model and overall business success.
  • Create and build a tariff mitigation strategy and solutions to mitigate the impact of changes in US trade policy by identifying, assessing and developing next wave of initiatives to reduce tariff burden beyond end of 2026.

Execution of Priority Initiatives

  • Lead and execute business cross functional initiatives including tariff mitigation from concept design to delivery as well as support both functional and cross functional initiatives led by the rest of the business.
  • Execute project on time in cost as per approved business case.
  • Develop and drive a standard global project methodology.
  • Help to drive value creation initiatives to generate $750M or 550 bps in net productivity over the next 3 years of the strategic horizon to deliver AGM of 36.1 percent by end of 2028.

Governance and Operating Model

  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust governance model for T&O business to drive value creation and business integration.
  • Support the build of a robust governance model, project implementation and risk mitigation plans and budgets in conjunction with Regional teams.
  • Support the design and development of global business rituals and routines to govern and drive overall business performance including value creation.
  • Define cadence, agenda, inputs, outputs to drive efficiency and effectiveness of T&O operating model.
  • Ensure regular, transparent reporting of progress, risks and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders across the business as part of governance model.

Capability Building

  • Develop strategic modelling, opportunity analysis and business case development capability within the Value Creation Office.
  • Ensure cross sharing of best practices and industry benchmarks to relentlessly drive for continuous step change in margin, profit and cash competitiveness.
  • Support the development of functional expertise within team.
  • Support the build and strengthening of the SBD business development capability by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain/business strategy and/or change project/program leadership roles in a multinational company and/or in an commercial/operations practice group in a strategic consulting company.
  • International experience and a drive to work with diverse teams and cultures.

The salary range for this position is $134,300- $231,700

  • This is the lowest to highest annual fulltime salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
