  • Location: Hybrid - Candidates must reside in WI, MI, MN, or IA to be considered.

Position Summary:

Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the analytic domains within the organization. Supports efforts to deliver multifaceted analytics to the organization that will include self-service analytics, reporting and BI and other advanced analytic functions such as machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. The position works closely with key business stakeholders throughout the enterprise to ensure that appropriate technical and analytical solutions are provided and meet desired goals. Oversight and coordination include the design, development, maintenance and support of the data and analytics solutions created by these teams. Responsible for the daily management of data and analytics solutions development and adopts best practice standards that are in line with the global analytic and business strategies.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies to generate actionable insights supporting business goals.

  • Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework ensuring data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business units to foster a data-driven culture and align governance practices.

  • Develop and deliver data literacy training programs to empower employees in effective data use.

  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate the success of data initiatives and governance efforts.

  • Communicate data insights and governance strategies clearly to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

  • Build and manage a skilled team of data analysts and governance experts, promoting innovation and collaboration.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, or health care. Master's Degree in business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, or health care desired.

Required Experience:

  • 5 years of direct leadership experience in applications management, development, or systems management with evidence of increasing responsibility.

  • Extensive experience with a variety of analytical toolsets, database platforms, relational database structures, data governance and ETL processes.

  • Direct implementation and maintenance of data architecture and scalable self-service data and reporting functions

  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development and implementation of data governance, validation, and visualization.

  • Progressively responsible experience which includes leadership/supervision and in-depth experience with data management, report development and data analysis. Incorporates visualizations, statistical analysis, and data science techniques into dashboards, advanced analytics, and complex delivery models.

  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, or other enterprise analytics platforms

  • Experience with Healthcare Analytics, Machine Learning, predictive modeling, and Artificial/Augmented Intelligence

  • Cogito Suite, Caboodle, Clarity

  • Hybrid deployments (on premises, Cloud)

  • Data Lake Platforms such as snowflake, Denodo, or Dremio
