  • Collaborate with Business Development leads and Regional Vice Presidents on client strategy and growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing architecture and engineering projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to work in both office and field environments, including construction sites.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely perform site visits, including climbing ladders or scaffolding when required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Pre-employment drug test, background check, and valid driver’s license required.

What We Offer:
We provide a collaborative and performance-driven environment where project managers take ownership of impactful projects and work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
