Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and team leadership? A globally recognized leader in manufacturing consumer and industrial pressure washers and outdoor power equipment, is seeking a talented Shipping Manager to lead our shipping department through a phase of rapid growth and innovation. In this vital role, you will oversee all shipping activities, coordinate with carriers, optimize processes, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational success. Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, 3PL, or a production environment
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and carrier coordination
- Proficient in interpreting MRP systems is a plus
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Adept at working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Bilingual Spanish

- Familiarity with logistics software and advanced shipping notice (ASN) creation
- Prior experience managing a team of 8-12 personnel
- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and freight routing
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred
- High School Diploma with relevant work experience will also be considered
Other Requirements:
- Ability to manage and mentor a team
- Experience working with carriers across TL, LTL, and small package shipping
- Strong understanding of customer requirements, routing guides, and vendor agreements
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training programs to enhance operational efficiency
